PHMSA regulations enforce specific reporting requirments for the following pipeline facility types: gas distribution, gas gathering, gas transmission, hazardous liquids, liquified natural gas, and underground natural gas storage. PHMSA has recently revised their website including forms and instructions for submitting them.
