We would like to welcome David Landry to our Midstream Services team at Industrial Training Services. In 1986, he joined the U.S. Airforce as an Aircraft Weapons Systems Specialist stationed in South Carolina. After returning from Desert Storm in 1991, Dave began his career in the pipeline industry with South Carolina Electric and Gas (SCE&G). While employed with SCE&G, he gained valuable operations and compliance experience working in technical support, OQ compliance, compliance supervision, sales, and marketing.
He moved to Carolina Gas Transmission, a Dominion Energy Company, in 2010 where he was responsible for the Operator Qualifications and Public Awareness compliance programs for the company. He also sat on the board of directors for South Carolina 811 for 8 years.
Dave grew up in Belleville, Illinois, and attended Belleville Township High School East. He attended Southern Wesleyan University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Dave is the proud father of two sons, Nick and Josh. Nick is employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield and is married to Kaylee. Josh is enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he is a Load Master on the C-5 Aircraft.
Dave has been a Deacon at Wedgefield Baptist Church, participated in the startup of Northpoint Community Church, and most recently he worked with Simply Students—a youth-based church. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, and spending time with family.
