Instructor qualifications are critical to the maintenance of the integrity of the training or qualification process. Industrial Training Services (ITS) requires that instructors using our products and services demonstrate experience and expertise in the gas industry, as well as proficiency as an instructor, as documented through our Trainer Qualification process. Instructors qualified to use Industrial Training Services' materials have access to our extensive library of training and qualification materials.

Train-the-Trainer
Effective trainers are vital to dynamic, successful training programs and enable their trainees to learn and internalize the content being taught. Industrial Training Services offers a Train-the-Trainer program that encompasses the significant aspects of training gas industry technical information.

Trainers who are fully competent in the subject matter and the teaching process will develop and present a successful training program that spans between expanding and changing technical knowledge and the wide range of personality differences of the people who are learning new concepts, developing new attitudes, and acquiring new technical skills.

Skill Evaluation
Operator Qualification and certain other training require hands on skill evaluation. Evaluators are certified by ITS to ensure consistent evaluation of the job performance. The employees are provided with a checklist of tasks that are related to their job to be evaluated by the evaluator and the records are maintained by ITS as a service.
