To maintain the integrity of the training and qualification process, Industrial Training Services provides 3rd party testing and database management. We have provided these services since 1988, and currently have over 300,000 employee records on file on behalf of client companies. By maintaining testing records, Industrial Training Services, Inc. is best able to support clients as we are asked to verify employee qualifications and manage training issues, such as requalification schedules. Our record-keeping provides a free redundancy for many companies, and lowers the record-keeping costs for others.
Testing Services
Industrial Training Services supports the administration of both paper-based and web-based knowledge tests for the verification of employee knowledge, and utilizes a performance checklist and evalutor affadavit to verify skills through the hands-on evaluation. Online testing has the advantage of immediate feedback, which allows employees to return to the job site as quickly as possible. All test items and performance checklists are SME validated, as are the related cut scores for each tested area. Item analyses and reliability estimates are performed systematically to ensure tests are psychometrically sound.
Database Management
The results of all tests and skill evaluations are entered into our database, where they can be accessed by ITS staff and authorized personnel from client companies. Transcripts and other reports may be created through our database by authorized persons.

Industrial Training Services, Inc. has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). In obtaining this approval, ITS has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, ITS is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.
