Integrity
Integrity in training means that materials are developed in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, who establish/validate training objectives and the related assessments. Integrity also means that instructors are knowledgeable of the content of training, the basic principles of adult learning, and the procedural requirements of the assessment process. Subject Matter Experts are involved in our curriculum development processes in a systematic and ongoing manner. The process continues as Industrial Training Services provides client companies and Approved Providers with Trainer Certification through our Train-the-Trainer and Skills Evaluator modules. Feedback from module assessments and instructor evaluations allow Industrial Training Services to monitor trainee and trainer performance in an ongoing way and to make changes or suggestions accordingly, all in an effort to maintain training integrity.
Return on Investment
The instructional designers at Industrial Training Services work to bundle objectives and qualification tasks through our instructional modules in ways that maximize the objectives/tasks per module, and minimize the training time per objective/task. By modularizing instruction in this way, Industrial Training Services reduces time off the job for employees by potentially reducing the number of training sessions required to cover all job specific training objectives, or required qualification tasks. Because we apply rigorous internal controls, the Industrial Training Services Corporate College is approved by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training to award CEUs. Your employees receive credentials for the training and skills that they possess, a benefit not only to them, but also to your company as you develop your workforce.

Industrial Training Services, Inc. has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). In obtaining this approval, ITS has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, ITS is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.
