Industrial Training Services, Inc. (ITS) has partnered with natural and propane gas distributors for 30 years to apply professional curriculum design and development processes to the industry. Paul Lyons, Ph.D., founder, established the task-based, curricular foundation upon which Industrial Training Service, Inc products are based. The goal from the beginning was to design a system of task-related operations that relate to job functions to compose a validated curriculum that companies large and small could use to provide high quality training to employees.
